District Dues

Note

District 2-A2 Administrative Dues include State Administrative Dues and Promote Texas Dues. We are billed by MD2 based on June MMR (number of members as of June 30) and December MMR (number of members as of 31 December). Please do not reduce administrative dues payment because your club dropped members at the beginning of July or January. MD2 and District do not prorate dues like International.

SEMI-ANNUAL DUES

Dues Statements are sent to all Clubs Semi-annually in July 2011 and January 2012

The semi-annual Club’s dues statement is for District 2-A2 only which includes MD-2 State Dues and does not include International dues covering the period July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. This Statement is based upon your club’s membership recorded at Lions Clubs International as of June 30, 2011. The district treasurer can’t make any changes in your club membership. These changes must be made and reported on your MMR (Monthly Membership Report).

All dues are payable and due to the District Treasurer no later than September 15, 2011.

Please do not wait until the deadline has expired to pay. District 2-A2 must pay the District’s dues to the MD2 no later than 30 September 2011. If your club is having a problem paying dues, please contact either DG Howie Marbach or the District Treasurer, Robert Castillo. Don’t let your club go into suspension.

This dues statement DOES NOT INCLUDE the Governor’s 100% Club Participation Program.
DG 100% is on separate document.

Please make six individual checks payable to the following Organizations:

*District 2-A2 Administrative Dues $6.75 per member

*State Convention Fund Dues $0.50 per member

Texas Lions Camp Dues $10.50 per member

District 2-A2 Hearing Board Dues $0.50 per member

District 2-A2 Human Needs Board Dues $0.50 per member

District 2-A2 Sight Research Foundation Dues $0.50 per member

Total Per Club Member Semi-Annual Dues $19.25
( $38.50 ANNUALLY) per member.

The *District 2-A2 Administrative and *State Convention Fund Dues must come from the Club’s ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNT. The remaining checks may come from either the Administrative Account or your Activity Account. Please have your Club Secretary/Treasurer write SIX (6) SEPARATE CHECKS and mail them to the address below.

* District 2-A2 Lions Sight Research Foundation $5.00 Per Member

* Texas Lions Foundation $2.00 Per Member

* Lions Clubs International Foundation $1.00 Per Member

District 2-A2 Hearing Board $1.50 Per Member

District 2-A2 Human Needs Board $1.50 Per Member

MD-2 Eyeglass Recycling Center $2.00 Per Member

Leader Dog Program $2.00 Per Member

Lion PET Project $1.00 Per Member

San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind $1.00 Per Member

World Services for the Blind $1.00 Per Member

The District Governor is asking Clubs to make contributions to the 1st four charitable programs with a * on the list and select 3 of the remaining 7 Charitable programs a contribution by your club.

Please have your Club Secretary/Treasurer write SEPARATE CHECKS payable to the selected charitable programs and mail them to District Treasurer at the address below.
